Currently hooked up:
360 (play it the most), Wii (I have WAY more Virtual Console games than Wii games though), PSOne (Bloody Roar anyone? Castlevania, Wild Arms?), Dreamcast (the emulation station, every gamer needs a Dreamcast!), Genesis (Immortal, Phantasy Star 2 & 3, Sonic, Altered Beast), NES (8-bit workhorse)

Operational, but in storage:
Panasonic 3DO (Samurai Showdown kicks ass on this platform). Sega CD (a shooter called Sol Feace and a Sherlock Holmes game), PS2 (Silent Hill 2, Twisted Metal Black, Manhunt), Atari 2600 (Pitfall, Kaboom, River Raid, Star Master, etc...)

Non-operational:
Sega Game Gear, 2 NES consoles.

A PS3 is in my future...but not until a price drop. I bought the HD player for the 360 too. I'm beginning to think to whole "format war" was bogus.
