Soul Caliber 4

Anybody picked up Soul Caliber 4 yet?

It looks pretty sweet but with all the badass new games coming out in the next few months (Gears of War 2 and Saints Row 2 in particular), I don't wanna blow sixty bucks on another lame fighter when the money could be put to better use. I'm mostly intrigued by the customization stuff (and Ivy of course, who looks like she belongs on Page 3 every single week), but the whole thing smacks of been there, done that and the addition of Yoda does little to change my mind.

Man, how'd X-Box users get stuck with Yoda anyway?

So, anybody got anything to say about Soul Caliber or what? Is it worth the money, or should I stick with Dead or Alive and the new Mortal Kombat vs DC game?

I rented it. If you liked the other ones you will like this one (read: fighting is still about the same). The biggest additions are online play and the character creator.

Personally, I like DOA better.

I would say it is definitely worth the money. It probably isn't as good as SC2, but I think it improves a lot over the 3rd. One thing that has bugged some friends of mine is all of the characters moves have been changed. It's honestly not that big of a deal and for me personally, I love learning new combos.
