Which movie did you fall asleep at?

Which movie did you absolutely hate and find so boring it actually made you fall asleep?

For me it was Fantastic Four 2, Rise of the Silver Surfer. The should have called is Rise of the Severe Suffer.

I was in a packed theatre, speakers blasting away and I actually fell asleep, missing about half an hour, untill some explosion pumped through the woofers and woke me up.

Of course there are several more movies I didn't even bother to watch all the way through (Scooby Doo, Garfield), but this is the only one during which I fell asleep

Myself and a friend found out that "The Last Emperor" by Bertolucci seemed like a good movie. This was in 1987-88, I was 10 or 11 years old!
As it turnes out this movie had no ninjas or Bruce Lee (as my friends evil big brother had told us)
For a ten year old a bottle of coke, a twix and some candy don't last for three hours.
So we sat there for like two and a half hours with no more candy. Almost alone in the cinema.
Staring, falling asleep, Waking up. Staring. Not knowing what the hell was going on in the movie.
When the movie was over we had to pry our sweaty asses out of the cheap imitated leather seats.
As my luck would have it my father forgot to pick us up and we had to walk home. A good 20 minutes on foot (no cellphones back in those days)...

I actually fell asleep during Star Wars episode 2. I had just gotten off work and it had been a really long day, about half way through the movie it hit a slow spot and I slept for about 30 minutes until an explosion in the scene with stupid Jar-Jar Binks and the droid battle. funny thing, it wasn't until the third movie came out that I ever watched the second one again!

Ever try to watch it after that? I actually think it's a decent movie (does have something to do with me having visited Beijing though).

I have seen it, a few times i think. First the original version on tv, then the directors cut on Dvd (3h 40min)
It is a good movie, not what i would call great but it's good enough to have a place in my collection.
I haven't seen all of Bertolucci's movies but he ones I have seen are not bad.
He also managed to get Liv Tyler to show the goods in Stealing Beauty. Eva Green in The Dreamers is also a favorite, though The Dreamers had a fair amount of "sausage" in it too...
