IRON MAN!

Hey guys!

Saw Iron Man earlier today and loved it!

I’ve liked Downey Jr. for a while, and never cared that he did copious amounts of drugs, because lets face it, if I could afford the **** he did, I would. Nevertheless his charisma is close to godlike, and his portrayal of Tony Stark, the trillion-aire (honestly, he would have to be, just look at his cars, house, etc.) weapons-of-mass-destruction-and-awesomeness-maker (WMDAM!) poster boy who lives his life with the typical extravagance you would expect from a comic book. Girls, parties, fast cars, you name it. He even went 12 for 12 with the Maxim covergirls, although he had a scheduling issue with March and luckily December were twins. Fair dinkum, he said it, I laughed.

10/10 for me

best comic book movie since batman begins

In Germany the movie is cut for an FSK 12 Rating :mad:

I was amazed at this movie. The friend I invited was very grateful I asked her to come. Congrats to Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr. Great film.

haven't seen it yet but am going to this weekend.
Still the hype around it makes it a bit annoying after a while.
at the end the expectations get too high and you leave the film you get the idea; was this all.
batman begins was also hyped but i still thought it was good. so my hopes are up.

just saw it this evening - pretty sweet. good start to what I assume will be an iron man trilogy.
