Im just hoping they have a set story and do not look to draw it out over longer time. Last thing i want to see are filler episodes aimed at drawing it out extra seasons

Good to hear they renewed this. I haven't been watching it religiously but have enjoyed what I've seen. I think it adds some nice variety to TV.

I think after what happened at the end of the season it just HAD to have a second season, and thank goodness it now does.

A companion series? What's that? Anyways, I am happy to hear of the new season, and look forward to it. I hope it can do a few, and as for filler episodes and stretching it out, that's probably why the seasons (Not counting the writers strike) so fhar have been short, to avoid that. I've also read it's not supposed to connect to three, or four in terms of movies, using only one and two for background details.

Good show, even though the writers would change how characters acted between the episodes. Especially, Glau's character, who seemed to be have near flawless abilities in seeming "normal" in the first episode, to being obviously inept at blending in almost all the other episodes.

Full Terminator Season Ordered

Fox has picked up Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles for a full season, ordering the back nine episodes of the show's second season from Warner Brothers, sources told The Hollywood Reporter.

The SF series has garnered a relatively modest rating on Monday nights this fall. Its most recent episode was seen by 5.7 million viewers, earning a 2.3 rating in adults 18-49, tying NBC's Chuck in the 8 p.m. time period.

Fox's overall ratings tend to increase significantly after the first of the year, powered by American Idol. Network executives may believe the drama's audience will grow once the overall Fox tide rises.

Earlier the network picked up a full season order of Fringe and has Joss Whedon's Dollhouse planned for midseason.

Having fresh episodes of Terminator also provides some additional insurance should Dollhouse get delayed, the trade paper reported.

The pickup makes Terminator the first 13-episode sophomore series this fall to receive a full season order.
